I twisted my ankle nearly 10 days back,Since than i am wearing the bandage constantly. initially walking was very difficult. its better now however i cant walk much and specially not without the bandage yet.

How is the swelling? If you must have sprained your ankle the crepe bandage should be worn for 2-3 weeks for the joint to heal
