Twin pregnancy weight chart at 36 weeks

Hello doctors mine is a twin pregnancy and we had a 35th week growth scan and babies measured 2.4 and 2.6 kgs in weight . Is this an ideal weight? Doctor is planning for c section coming week since I also have major placenta previa. Is the weight good enough?
