First thing there are no such studies available in Indian or international journals. u may get benefits but may not applicable & hope not too effective for a short term.u dnt know how long u v to continue so totally on experimental basis. I can advice u to go for belly fat some poses,yoga, free hand two times. no junk, fast foods. small but frequently meals.Engagement in dynamic activities.
