TSH level increased after pregnancy

During first stage of pregnancy my tsh level is 8.1 so i take medicines as doctor prescribed. I continued it for 45 days after pregnancy.Now i checked my tsh level it seems that the tsh level is increased to 91 and T3, T4 has slight variation.
