My TSH in March 2022 was 5.17 Doctor recommended to take thyronorm 37.5mcg and get it tested again in 4 months. TSH in July 2022 is 3.09 Should I reduce to a lower dose of thyronorm? Thanks

No. Don't reduce the dose of Thyronorm. That should be decided after one year.

Your TSH level is within the normal limit ,using thyronorm.Continue the same dose Keep checking TSH level every 3-4 months
