Above are my readings, what dosage shouldi start with?. I workout actively and had brought down the dosage to 37.5 over the past few yrs...but lately due to my own indiscipline and missing dose I am back to square 1. Also Can fasting adversely affect thyroid?

Hi, Yes your thyroid levels aren't optimal. However it's important that you get back to the lifestyle routine which helped you. As for your dose adjustment, I'll need some more details before I increase the dose you are in. That's the right thing to do If you can consult with a recent ECG, blood sugars and blood pressure readings, I'll be able to help you better Thanks!

Work out cannot bring down your Thyroxine dose,  do not adjust dose without consulting a physician Fasting is not recommended when you take medication for thyroid  ,  diabetes etc as these hormones are so much linked to body metabolism Now take tab Thyroxine 50 mcg for 4 weeks and recheck your thyroid levels after 4 weeks

What is your dose at present? This point is significant because we have to increase the dose of Thyroid hormone. There is no mathematical calculation to get the dose of Thyroid hormone from the TSH level. We get the perfect dose by titration.
