TSH 17 at 4 weeks

Hi, I am 4 weeks pregnant with my second baby. I tested the thyroid today and the result showed 17. The doctor gave me 75mg to take. I was taking 62.5 mg before. I missed some tablets last month so I think the TSH increased from 4 to 17. I don't know what to do. I am so worried about what will happen to the baby. I had two miscarriages before my first baby. Can someone suggest any advice please?
