We are trying to conceive from last 7-8 months. My age is 32 years and husband's age is also 32 years. All my reports are normal. Is there any chance of natural pregnancy as per semen analysis report. Total sperm count - 38.6 million per ejaculation Ejaculate Volume - 2 mL Sperm Concentration 19.3 million per mL Total Motility (progressive and non progressive) - 40% Rapid Progressive Motility - 20% Slow Progressive Motility - 10% Non progressive - 10% Sperm Morphology (normal forms) - 64%

In addition to normal semen analysis report and normal ovulation,  the third factor is a functional uterus and patent tubes. It is better if you consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a tubal patency test.  Then further advice can be given according to the pattern of ovulation.
