test came out negative
have dizziness and fatigue and lower back pain
In 1st pregnancy test came out positive within a day of missed period..

You need a confirmitory test to find out if you are pregnant or not
Go for a blood test bhcg
A delay of more than 7 days is not normal beyond that you need medication and investigations to find out the reason for the delay
