Trying to conceive

I had one automatic miscarriage 6 months back. After that I tried 4 natural cycle, did not conceive. Then went for ovulation induction. First cycle of ovulation induction is failed. Everything was fine during induction including ovulation and intercourse. But did not conceive. Is this as usual? What could be reason behind failure? Kindly advice.
