I am kusuma rani I am trying concive. I am married 8 months before .periods also happen monthly once properly exactly 30 days.but in periods bleeding small blood balls and normal bleed  also it is regular or any problem.but before marriage only bleed no any balls type.please suggest me . Kusum glad to know that you are planning for family.start folic acid supplements once a day.do an usg pelvis and husbands semen analysis as the basic evaluation.consult online for more clarification

No problem with that If ur cycle is regular ur ovulation period is around 14th to 18th day of cycle so you have to have physical relation in those days
