Hi, Iam Trying to conceive. My periods are delay for 29days, I did hpt today but turnout negative, usually my periods delay for a week. My AMH levels are 6.16 ng/ml. Prolactin- 19.92 ng/ml. TSH- 8..82 uIU/ml, free T3- 3 pg/ml, free T4- 1.11ng/dl. My husband Anti HCV, HBSAG, HIV are Negative and semen Analysis shows 80 million/ml.

Your reports are suggesting hypothyroidism. So you have high TSH and prolactin.  Get an ultrasound pelvis

Kindly do a beta hcg blood test to confirm pregnancy. Consult an infertility specialist near you for clinical examination and further management regarding this.

You reports shows hypothyroidism and slight hyperpropactenemia.So meet with your gynaecologist and start treatment for these two hormones..After taking tablet for one month repeat the test again.
