Hi , I have been diagnosed PCOS and doctor advised me to take correctia M tab thrice 1-1-1 from past 4 months and reduce weight . I have lost weight upto 5 kgs . Doing workouts as well . And my period cycle is also now 25-26 days , earlier it was 28-29 days.. Is this expected ? I have been trying to conceive past 8 months AmH is 1.98 , HSG is normal with both tubes open , husband semen analysis is normal. Please suggest me what are the things to follow during this time to keep positive.. And to conceive faster ... Any diet to follow to boost ovulation and improve egg quality ..

Gap  between two day one of your periods can be 21 to 37 so what you are facing is a normal menstrual cycle There's no diet to boost ovulation or improve egg quality My opinion since the amh levels are low you need to start with ovulation induction

Hi. To conceive faster, we can give egg forming medication and do follicular scans. And can try for pregnancy during egg release time.
