Trying for pregnency

I am trying to get conceive and on 15th I got a hcg trigger shot. We had timed intercourse as advised by doctor. My period is due on 30th Nov. And I am getting slight period like lower abdomen cramps and white discharge . Is it a sign of pregnency or period .

You need to wait until the expected date In case you miss your per even by one day , get a pregnancy test done
