Trouble Sleeping

Hi, I have problem getting sound sleep, due to which my concentration and memory has taken a hit. This is affecting my personal and professional life. Couple of month ago I visited a doctor and he gave me medicine for minor depression. I need to get my self cured fully so please advise me a good doctor.
