Trisomy 21 1:542

Hi My wife is 14weeks 5 days pregnant we did an NT scan and double marker at 12 weeks. NT scan shows low risk for T21 1: 9333 But with double marker the risk is increased 1: 542. CRL : 57 mm NT : 1.5 fbHCG : 62.51 ng/ml , 1.62 MoM PAPP-A : 2890 nUI/ml , 1.02 MoM We had a previous history of Still Birth at 27 wks. We are really worried.

Please wait for another 4 weeks . Get a Quad test done. It is much more informative than a Double Marker Test. After the Quad test you and your Gynaecologist may plan whether you have to go for NIPT or not.
