You can take Triphala, as it doesn't harm
Health Tips
Take care as baby also receives some part of medicine that mother takes

Dear ptn, Yes trifala tab can be helpful. And it can be used while breastfeeding. But since you used to take it regularly in history it suggests that you are facing this problem from many days. In your current situation instead of triphala tab you can have triphala churna with 1 teaspoon of ghee. Continue this for maximum 7 days. As you had c section so its not advisable to use any strong laxatives for longer time. For any further query you can contact me or any other ayurvedic consultant near by. Thank you
Next Steps
continue to take tab for 7 days max
Health Tips
triphala tab or triphala churna should be taken at night with 1 spoon of ghee and few sips of luke warm water.
