Treatment for costochondritis

I have diagnosed with costochondritis. I tried some medications like gabapentin and pregabalin for last 15 days but it is not really working. One doctor suggested to go for corticosteroids injection. Can someone give any suggestions?

Local steroid injections for costochondritis gives immediate relief. Oral medication take time.

Try anti inflammatory for 2 weeks and physiotherapy If not helping you go for steroid injection

U should rule out Diabetes First . One shot of injection always causes benifits and no harm.
