A body fat percentage of 45.2% is high and increases the risk of health problems, including
diabetes, fatty
liver, blood pressure or any other metabolic conditions. To reduce your fat percentage, focus on a calorie deficit diet - good nutrition, and regular exercise. Include fiber-rich foods such as vegetables, fruits, and whole grains, while limiting processed sugars and high fat food intake. A high-protein diet can also help with muscle growth and fat loss. Remember to keep yourself hydrated too throughout the day to prevent any overeating or just binge eating out of boredom. Eat less from packaged products as much as possible as they are high in saturated, trans fats and preservatives.
