TORN ACL WITH GRADE 2-3 POSTERIOR HORN

Hello sir, I have a complete torn ACL and a grade 2-3 posterior horn medial meniscus one year back.Although i can walk freely but when there’s need to twist my knee i fills pain.So doctor referred for surgery.I am 27 now.Please help me is this can be recovered without operation or not.Please advise sir i will wait for your response early. Thanks in advance

• Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. • Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. • Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area • Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).
