If you can only do one thing, either brush your teeth or floss, which is better for your dental health?

Brushing twice daily and flossing occasionally would be enough to maintain good oral health

Hi, Brushing and flossing both solve different purpose. Brushing cleans exposed surface of teeth and flossing cleans surface between two teeth. So both are important for maintaining oral hygiene. Most common area for Decay is between the teeth where brush cannot reach. That's why we do flossing. Hope it answers your query.

Both r equally imp.. N serve diff purpose... Brushing u should n must do twice daily.. There s no replacement for it... N flossing occasionally or once in a day atleast ll add an advantage in protecting it teeth from proximal decay... Do floss if u ve enough patience to learn n do it carefully...
