My father had angioplasty 2 years ago.Now he is suffering from heavy toothache.His molar tooth is affected.If tooth extraction is needed,he needs to stop blood thinner. He is currently taking Ticagrelor 60 twice and ecosprin 75 after lunch.He did have TVCAD (severe blockage).His cardiologist advised him not to stop aspirin ever and the doctor also suggeted that he should not stop ticagrelor more than two days.Now what should he do if tooth extraction is needed?

Get a consent from ur cardiologist that Tooth extraction can be done. He will advise u accordingly wt to do. He will advise u to stop the medication fr 4-5 Day. Follow his instructions and if he gives consent you can get it extracted. Until than u can’t get it extracted.
