His been complaining of pain his tooth most of it is decayed. What is best way to treat like this baby tooth pain?

Please go to a pediatric dentist and get an xray done .. should probably try and do pulpectomy and save the tooth. However exact treatment plan wud depend on clinical picture as well as the xray
