My wife facing toothache and now she is In 3rd trimester pregnant we can take Zerodol sp for this Toothache

Hello zerodol p is not advisable. Paracetamol 650 mg is safe to give consult dentist  if root canal can be done/start the pain  relieves faster.

No. Please don't give her Zerodol SP. Consult your gynaecologist for sager pain killers. Also evaluate at a dentist whether Root canal can be done.
