Toothache after RCT

I have tooth ache 3 days after Root Canal treatment. What may be driving it? Also, do I need to worry about it?

Hello Don’t worry pain after rct is very common it will go in few days if it is there after that also then please have a check with your doctor

The pain should subside generally after an RCT. But if it stills persists. Either the infection is persistent which may require re intervention and medications .

Please make sure the tooth is not in the bite. Wait and watch for a few days. Please get a crown fixed once pain subsides. If pain persists, please consult a root canal specialist

If you are having severe pain,it means that infection is still persistent and may have to go for root cleaning again.if it is a mild pain which is getting reduced nothing to worry about
