What is best practice to avoid tooth pain? I have it sometimes when I eat hard things. How to make my teeth strong?

Hi, To avoid tooth pain you have to keep your teeth clean. Whatever we eat gets deposited on teeth leading to plaque & calculus formation. Calculus leads to decay, pain and loosening of teeth. So brushing twice a day with soft brush and mouthwash is best oral hygiene practice. Also visit a dentist for scaling and oral examination for pain in your teeth. Take care.
