Hello Doctor, Is Ayurvedic toothpaste is better than fluoride toothpaste. There are many brands in market and it is difficult to choose which is safe and good. Please advice which toothpaste should I use for healthy teeth. Is sri sri Sudanta good toothpaste?? Please advice. Thanks

Generally it depends on technique of brushing, how much amount of paste you apply on to your brush. Applying too much paste is not recommended and it has other implications.

Any brand toothpaste which has fluoride in it is good. Also it's more important how u brush too. So learn correct brushing and flossing techniques from youtube video and follow.
