Hi, Please visit the nearest Dental surgeon and get the physical evaluation done. It would be better if u can attach an X-ray for proper diagnosis. Cannot come to a conclusion about tooth extraction or not without physical examination and radiograph.
Next Steps
Visit the local dental surgeon for physical examination

Hi, Please visit a dentist and get an x-ray taken for the broken tooth. A root canal treatment followed by a crown can be done provided sufficient tooth structure is available. If not it is safe to undergo tooth extraction if you are not having underlying medical problem.

Hello. I certainly understand your concerns. 1)As tooth is already broken and spreading to other teeth, home remedy will not work. 2)If tooth can be saved,in my opinion you should save it instead of removing it, if its badly delayed then yes you should go for removal
Next Steps
Advised to visit nearby dental surgeon for physical examination evaluation and treatment plan
