Please do not use any warm water gargling as you mentioned you have swelling and heat would increase the swelling. Pain caused at night and disturbing your sleep might indicate a decayed tooth with infection. You need to visit a dentist ASAP as you mentioned of face swelling
Next Steps
Dentist would examine your oral health care status, radiographs might be required.
Health Tips
Do not delay any further to visit a dentist as you mentioned swelling with pain which indicates severe infection. Take care 👍

hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy, but this will give only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit the dentist and get it checked.get an x-ray done. pain could be due to infection to root of tooth , you need to get it treated.and then place crown over it.
