Looks like there is a slight swelling in the gum back side of my front teeth upper jaw I have unbearable pain

You need to have a consultation, without a clinical examination we can't diagnose what the swelling is?... For the pain you can have warm saline gargle.... Don't delay the treatment first have a consultation....
