Tooth cums are deceying and salty substantial is growing around teeth.Please help to get this cured.

Salty substantial might be calculus. Scaling will help. Decay happens on tooth not on gums. For more information and clarity consult a general dentist and generak dentist would refer if specialist care is required. Dr Pavani Thota.
