Hai...need to do a thorough oral checkup before considering treatments...need to find out the reason behind gaps...if its causing due to a thick frenum then need to consider removing the same....

Hello Visit  .there are 2 options  as your  age 27 go ahead with  orthodontic treatment  or braces.where natural  teeth moves and closes the gap. Other  option  is to  do vebeer/cosmetic  filling. Send pictures.
