On last Friday i.e. on 1/12/2017, I had my left side (upper last one)molar tooth extraction. There is something tooth like left after extraction which i can feel those edges through my tongue. So, what is this actually the tooth left or bone fragments or spurs.

Most probably it could be bone fragments only Don't touch that area it may lead to infection When you go for suture removal can have a check,if in doubt dr will reconfirm with an x-ray
