Do consult a dentist/ pedodontist.  This is initial caries in many teeth and is not reversible but can be treated .  You don't have to worry but need to attend as early before this increases.and causes pain..

if the child takes a bottled milk at night during sleep stop immediately  and encourage brushing habits at night also .
