Hello, you can do warm salt water rinses, this will give you temporary relief. visit a dentist and get the checkup done. get a X-ray done. if there is a cavity get it filled or if infection to roots get it treated.if it is because of wisdom tooth get it removed.

First the cause of tooth pain should be identified as painkillers will provide only temporary relief. The tooth should be treated as it may require RCT. And an xray can give a more clear picture.
Next Steps
visit to a dentist and get an xray done

Hello. There must be dental caries in any of the teeth which has almost invaded the pulp. Taking more pain killers is like adding fuel to the fire. Do visit the dentist as they ll take an X-ray of the involved tooth and the treatment plan for the same.
Next Steps
Please do visit the dentist ASAP.
Health Tips
Stop self medication. A lukewarm water with salt must relieve pain as of now.

Hi,please also take antibiotics along with painkillers to relieve pain. The reason for toothache is deep cavity in tooth which will require root canal after confirming with x ray.
