Hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. pain could be due to infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it. for sensitive toothpaste, you can use any good sensitive toothpaste available in the market.

Old fillings removal can be a cause of sensitivity in that tooth .most advisable will be re-filling the tooth with a compatible restoration and if the pain still persist root canal treatment should be done.
Next Steps
can also use a anti sensitivity toothpaste to get rid of the sensitivity.

As per what you have described it maybe infected. To what extent has it broken and what treatment is appropriate can be decided after you have a consultation with the dentist.

Dear Practo User, As per the description provided by you, it looks like you have secondary decay in the tooth which was treated earlier. For a definitive diagnosis you need to visit a dentist nearby for complete oral check up. Only after that a treatment can be suggested. Regards Arham Dental Care Delhi

Hello Ma'am Greetings of the day. Visit the dentist and get a x-ray done. The pain and sensitivity might be due the presence of secondary caries. You might need to get a RCT done if the decay has reached your nerves.

Probably you had injury after falling. Are you having sensitivity to hot or cold? Please see a dentist asap. Also get an X-ray done. If the fractured tooth is close to nerve you would need root canal or else a tooth coloured restoration should be enough. Thanks. Dr. Harleen New Delhi www.merakidentalstudio.com
