What one should have post-covid? Too much of weakness is there. What vitamins and minerals are needed and not feeling to eat even food properly. Kindly suggest good diet and any vitamins/minerals medicines.

Hi For any kind of medicines and multi-vitamin supplements post covid and recovety phase do consult doctor over online for relevant meds.. Dietary advise: especially High protein diet, can also eat all variety of foods liberally and adequately, have sweet potato kheer, milk kheer, raisins , dates , bananas, nuts, seeds, dry fruits, milk and milk products adequately... Have rice, dal, sabji, rasam ,curds and buttermilk for daily lunch and for dinner too.. for some months till the weakness completely subsides.. Avoid curds for dinner can take Buttermilk safely... Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits . Cook vegetables,sprouts and drink the stew with a pinch of salt pepper,ginger garlic for taste. Mixed fruits with a pinch of black salt,or honey two tsf is a good palatiser./ Appetiser. Rasam,veg soup ,buttermilk,barley gruel/ ganji is good too. Fresh fruit juice home made ,tender coconut water,are good too. Khichdi,plain rice cooked as a drink,or fried flour of millets( salt or sweet) is also appetiser.
