I have small bumps on back side of tongue which I have noticed now. There is white color there and I tried to scrap but it's not going . I smoke and after this I stopped smoking because after smoking I feel that those bumps are touching my roof of mouth. Previously I had poor oral hygiene but when a mild sore throat and ear pain came, I checked my tongue and doctor asked me to clean tongue regularly. Then I found some bumps on both side of back of tongue. Is there any remedies for this. At the time of sore throat I had burning like sensation at tip of my tongue but after several days it went off. Now I don't have pain in my tongue only problem is the bumps and white at back side which is disturbing my mind. I'm really anxious about this.
