Dear Doctor, I have a bubble-like growth on the upper side, inside my tongue. Can you please tell me what it is and suggest possible treatment? Picture attached for your reference.

Hello! There are no specific food restrictions while taking the anti-rabies vaccine (PEP regimen). You can eat a normal diet, including fennel seeds (saunf). Regarding Antacid (Gelusil): Safe to take along with the vaccine. No known interaction between rabies vaccine and Gelusil. Can be used for acidity relief as needed. Swollen taste bud. Less spicy, soury food. Rinse or gargle before meals with Betadine solution add 1 ml solution in hot to warm water n gargle.after each meal.
