My tongue is feeling dry. And the colour of tongue is like this. What should be the reason and medication for this.

nothing serious it looks like you are not using tongue cleaner. start using one and see for results. How? just keep tongue cleaner at back area of tongue and scape forward ( unidirectional flow ) - wash - reapeat
