Hi,
i understand the exam stress you are going through.
Though there are medicines to increase concentration, i do not recommend as you can become addicted to those on continued usage.
Instead, you can drink a cup of coffee when feeling tired of studying, as the caffeine in coffee is a very good stimulant.
Take short breaks while studying for long time,
Sleep for at least 6 hours.
Revise what you study.
