hello, you can do hot fomentation near the ear. or take a hot water bath before sleeping. this will give some relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. ask for a night guard.

Hi TMJ disorders are difficult to treatment and poor prognosis in advance cases.. pls go for follow up chek .. done get depressed since stress is one of the cause

Hello, Greetings for the day. TMJ joint disorder are the side-effects of faulty dental treatments. Would request you to visit a dentist (TMD Expert). On clinical examination the TMD Expert would prescibe necessary you necessary medication, dental splints, physiotherapy. . This would solve the pain.
