Dear Ashok, as per your report you have mild bone loss in the lower anterior teeth for which it would be advisable to consult a Periodontist who could assess the condition after clinical examination and advise further. As for the bilateral elongated styloid processes - it is important to assess if there is any associated pain in the face/neck region, difficulty in swallowing, voice change etc. If so, please visit an Oral Medicine Specialist preferably who could advise further after clinical examination.
