Tiredness with cough and cold

I am not feeling well from last 5-6 days earlier there was headache and mild fever along with cough and cold and bodyache but now headache is stopped even iam not getting fever but tiredness ,cough and cold is still teasing me and i cannot work efficiently.what can be the causes and what are the reccommendations?

May be due to post fever weakness Saline gargle and steam inhalation may be beneficial
