Tiredness stress anxiety

Hi, i have been feeling tired most of the day since 2-3 weeks, i have bp of 130/80 ,and have fundal erosive gastritis , im worried about my health and under stress due to this issue, my ecg,echo,tmt tests are normal and no thyroid issues.are these issues due to side effects of bp medicine that is nebicard -5 for 2 months ,now tellzy 40. Is this tiredness due to side effects of medicines, Please suggest

Nebicard can cause tiredness but not tellzy. You might need to check HbA1c and vitamin D levels. Hope that helps
