Tingling sensation on toungue

I am having this issue for more than a year now. I am having a tingling sensation near tip of the tongue, lower lips and lower teeth every day especially during later half of the day. No issues found by Dentist. Using riboflavin and C vit didn't help..Appreciate your recommendation / inputs.. thanks. Regards, Sudhakar
