Tingling feet and dry throat

I have tingling feet from past few days and it will be there when I rest if im walking it won't be these and I'm experiencing dry throat way could be the reason

Tingling in feet can be due to, low vitamins, diabetes, thyroid hormone deficiency. Please check your Vitamin B12, D3, sugar and thyroid levels
