Tinea cruris suspected (Male 32)

Hi sir, I am suspecting the my skin problem is iTinea cruris. It is in inner thighs and no itching to me. Have attached the images. Will it be serious problem?will it spread accross the body? how long it takes to recover from this problem? Please advise me on my problem and suggested me on further steps.

Yes...it's Fungus  infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation
