Tightness in back and side head.Is it because too much serotonin or serotonin deficient .Currently on following medication Fluvoxamine 100mg and clofranil 25mg

Tightness in head n back can be because of many reasons not just serotonin. You are already on medications. Best is to consult your psychiatrist about this symptom.
