Tight Forekskin
Hello Doctors,
I am 31 years old and have a tight Foreskin since the time I remember. I have never been able to pull back my foreskin when erect. Also, when i touch the tip or the glans of my penis it pains alot.
I am recently married and planning to have a baby. However I am scared because of my foreskin condition and also the pain around the tip and glans of my penis.
Will it be possible to have a baby by cutting the tip of the condom?
I am afraid to go for a circumcision.
If I do go for it, what is the time of recovery before I could try for a baby

If your foreskin is very tight, you need circumcision why because spegma which is produced have to be cleaned out or else it is irritant can lead to recurrent balanitis and cancer
Have a baby with cutting out of condom is possible if you can ejaculate out of it
Circumcision is simple procedure

1)Circumcision is needed only if you have recurrent infections or it causes ballooning of prepuce while micturition.
Tight prepuce might also be a manifestation of BXO. This modality requires application of a ointment or circumcision depending on the severity
2)Glans is a sensitive tissue. Hence a touch which would not cause a bothering sensation over the skin elsewhere can also be interpreted as pain when you touch the glans.
There seems to be no need of worry to me as per your question.
However glans pain can also be a manifestation of balanitis.
3)cutting the tip of the condom might help you have a baby
4) Circumcision is a minor procedure. Needs 15-20 minutes to be performed. Stitches fall off by 10 days. Can perform daily activities after that
